Because Timeware's Primetime solution is built around intelligent Web enabled data collection devices, including the BioScreen, the BioPilot 7000 and the BioPilot 5000, organizations can now monitor and manage employee schedules, shift setups and task assignments in real-time.

That means that when an employee signs in or out, Primetime modules know whether or not that individual is eligible for overtime. So, when an employee is eligible for overtime, or simply whenever an employee signs in before they are supposed to, or signs out after they are supposed to, then Primetime automatically asks the employee, via the Web enabled device, whether or not they are approved for overtime.

If an employee indicates that they are eligible for overtime, then Primetime records the actual sign-in time. If the employee indicates that they are not eligible for overtime, then the start or end time is rounded to the correct time.
